    • 2026 Construction Review Fee: Set at $100
    • Master Plans Reviewer Submittal: $500 per package
    • New Owner Transfer Fee: Set at $250
    • Optional Fees (when requested by purchaser)
      • Resale Disclosure package (incl. Statement of Account): Set at $375
      • Statement of Account: Set at $150
    • All other assessments and fees:
