    • 2024 Annual Assessment: Set at $0
    • 2025 Annual Assessment: Set at $200
    • 2024 and 2025 Construction Review Fee: Set at $0
    • New Owner Transfer Fee: Set at $250
    • Optional Fees (when requested by purchaser)
      • Resale Disclosure package (incl. Statement of Account): Set at $375
      • Statement of Account: Set at $150
    • All other assessments and fees were left unchanged:
      • New Owner Operations Fund: Set at $250
      • New Owner Repair and Replacement Fund: Set at $250
      • 2025 Annual Assessment: Set at $200
